Nasceu em 13 mar 1889 em CaetÃ© que na Ã©poca era distrito de Juiz de Fora, MG.

Seu nome original era JosÃ© Pedro Nestor Astor ESPESCHIT.
A igreja que guardava sua certidÃ£o de batismo pegou fogo. Ele mesmo tirou uma nova certidÃ£o de nascimento na qual simplificou seu nome para JosÃ© Pedro Espeschit.

Em 1908, JosÃ© Pedro e Levindo matricularam-se no colÃ©gio Santo AntÃ´nio em SÃ£o JoÃ£o Del Rey. ‎(1 PÃ¡g 227 Par. 1)‎

Em 1909 JosÃ© Pedro vai para Belo Horizonte onde ganha uma bolsa de estudos na Escola de Odontologia ‎(1 PÃ¡g 252 Par. 6)‎

Em 1910 foi condutor de trens no Rio de Janeiro ‎(Jorge Nogueira Espeschit, 29/12/2002)‎.

ApÃ³s obter diploma de OdontÃ³logo, casou-se com filha mais velha do Sr. JosÃ© Neves ‎(Tio Lindolpho se engana e afirma que Ã© Francisco Neves)‎ e morava na rua GonÃ§alves Dias em Belo Horizonte ‎(1 PÃ¡g. 303 Par. 8)‎.

Quando, por motivo de doenÃ§a, perdeu a mulher e os dois filhos em apenas 2 anos , ficou muito desgostoso. Abandonou a odontologia e formou-se engenheiro.

Conheceu sua segunda esposa, EscolÃ¡stica Isabel Nogueira‎[16]‎ em 1919, quando trabalhava como dentista em Pouso Alto, MG. Nesta Ã©poca, seu irmÃ£o, o Pe. Espeschit‎[83]‎ estava instalando Ã¡gua tratada e luz elÃ©trica na cidade.

Em 1926, aos 37 anos, casa-se com EscolÃ¡stica Isabel Nogueira ‎(18 anos)‎, em Pouso Alto.

Moraram em SimonÃ©sia por 3 meses e depois mudaram-se para ManhuaÃ§u, onde foram morar na pensÃ£o da D. Maria Gertrudes, esposa do Sr. Evaristo, o qual dÃ¡ nome ao local conhecido na regiÃ£o como "Ponte do Evaristo".

Em 8 mai 1927 nasce Jorge Nogueira ESPESCHIT‎[17]‎, em Pouso Alto, MG.

Em jul 1927, muda-se para ManhuaÃ§u.
Em fev 1928, muda-se para Caratinga onde em 11 jul 1929, nasce Guilherme Nogueira ESPESCHIT‎[18]‎.

Em fev 1930, muda-se para AimorÃ©s,MG. Durante a revoluÃ§Ã£o de 1930, a cidade de AimorÃ©s,MG entrou em conflito armado com a vizinha Baixo Guandu, ES. JosÃ© Pedro trabalhou na locaÃ§Ã£o de um aerÃ³dromo e EscolÃ¡stica fez as bandeiras vermelhas de auxÃlio Ã navegaÃ§Ã£o.

Em nov 1930, retorna a ManhuaÃ§u.
Em 1 nov 1931, nasce Ruth Nogueira ESPESCHIT.
Em 1935, muda-se para Raul Soares.
Em 1939, retorna a ManhuaÃ§u.
Em 2 dez 1940, nasce AntÃ´nio Magno Nogueira ESPESCHIT.
Em 11 abr 1942, nasce VeralÃºcia Nogueira ESPESCHIT.

Foi chefe do Distrito de Terras em ManhuaÃ§u,MG.
